Doors
This is a view of the garage from the front. Under the mound of snow in front of the middle door is a frozen mound of sand; we won't be able to use that door until spring. The front wall hasn't been finished; there is no siding or insulation in the front wall. If you peer closely at the top and side edges of the front, you're seeing the back side of the sheetrock on the inner wall. It's driving me nuts! I think in the next few days I'll dig a bale of fiberglass insulation out of storage and fill in where I can. Later I'll be adding a layer of rigid foam insulation before we put the siding on.
Inside
My car up close, the 4-wheeler in the center, and Don's pickup on the far side. You don't have to look very close to see scaffolding, gravel floor, and tangle of extension cords--we haven't done any wiring yet.
Back wall
Looking towards the back wall from next to the overhead doors. After I took this picture, we started hauling out some of the scaffolding and construction stuff.
Moose and calf
This has nothing to do with the garage, but I thought people might be interested in seeing the cow moose and calf that have been hanging about our yard.
