Tee Shirts

Helicopters are commonly used to transport thousands of tourists into remote places in Alaska.  There are two main disturbing environmental consequences from the expansion of the heli-tourism industry:  1)  Helicopters burn about 50 gallons of fuel per hour, and 2)  scientific studies show helicopter overflights disturb wildlife.  Mountain goats are one of the most sensitive animals to human disturbance.

The Alaska Department of Transportation intends to build a road through some of America's most rugged terrain, from Juneau to the Katzehin. Where's the Katzehin? That's the "nowhere" part of this so-called "road to nowhere." This short sleeve shirt is made of organic cotton and sells for $20 + $3 postage.

Available sizes: S, M, L, and XL.
