Rental Rates

 

All rentals must be paid in full before commencing trip. Due to the short season and as part of the effort to keep prices low, we cannot accept credit cards. Before starting a trip, clients have to sign a liability waiver form. Rental rates do NOT include the return of the canoe or raft.
Reservations are recommended!.
Reservations can be made with a 25% deposit, which is fully refundable for up to 7 days prior to the planned departure.

 

Dawson City (YT) to Eagle City (AK)

  • 105 miles or 168 kilometers
  • 3 - 4 days
  • Cost: $120 US per canoe

In Dawson canoes are available at

DAWSON CITY RIVER HOSTEL in West Dawson (take the free ferry and cross the river). Owned by Dieter Reinmuth, Box 32, Dawson City, Yukon YOB 1 GO, Phone (867) 993-6823.

 

Eagle City to Circle City

  • 165 miles or 265 kilometers
  • 5 days
  • Cost: $195 US per canoe

Dawson City (YT) to Circle City (AK)

  • 270 miles or 432 kilometers
  • 9 days
  • Cost: $295 US per canoe 

 

40 - Mile River from the bridge across the Taylor Highway to it's confluence with the Yukon River, down the Yukon to Eagle.

  • 105 miles or 168 kilometers
  • 4 days
  • Cost: $170 US per canoe _________$350 US per raft
  • recommended only for experienced canoeists (Class I - III)

 

Additional day rates per canoe _____________________$25 US a day

Additional day rates per raft _______________________$70 US a day

 

Canoes range in size from 15' (5m) to 17' (5,60m). Capable of carrying two persons and gear, the canoes come equipped with 3 paddles, 2 life preservers, bailer, sponge and one water resistant container.

Rafts are 14' and 15' white water capable with rowing frame, one spare oar, a throw rope bag and life preservers.

River charts and maps are also available.
