GENERAL
     We work as a consultant, and charge for our time and knowledge.  
     There IS NO CHARGE for us to ask you what you want, or for us 
          to tell you what we do and what we charge.
     There IS A CHARGE for us to answer or work on your technical 
          questions.  

TELEPHONE SUPPORT

MINIMUMS

     First hour, preliminary diagnostics or consulting           $75
     Two hours    $70/hour                   Three hours    $65/hour

     Six or more hours                                      $50/hour
     Note -- Hours are cumulative and need not be consecutive
     Note -- You may request a written hourly log -- takes more time

MINIMUM HOURLY RATE                                         $50/hour
     For senior citizens, non-profits, or regular customers 
     who do business with contractor several times a year.

FLAT FEE
     One half day rate, total 4-5 hours anytime on one bill    $250
     One day rate, up to 24 consecutive hours, full-time work  $500
     Note -- For hourly jobs you decide when to stop.  Flat fee jobs 
          stop when the hours are up, and require the fee in advance.  

CONTRACT RATES
     All standard rates are negotiable based upon the unique 
     circumstances of clients.  This is useful for high volume,
     out of town clients, or subcontracting.

CHANGE ORDERS
     If a work order or contract is signed by both parties, 
     changes to the scope of work or the charges in that 
     agreement require a mutually signed change order.
